Returns & Replacements Policy

We have a 15-day policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or report an issue.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Mandatory Requirement: To start a claim, you must contact us at Valeria@merakistoreus.com providing your receipt or proof of purchase, along with a clear photo or video showing the damage/issue and a brief explanation of the reason. Every case goes through an evaluation process before approval.

No Physical Return Required (Replacements Only) To make things easier, we generally do not require you to ship damaged or defective items back to us. Once your case is reviewed and approved based on your submitted evidence, we will directly send you a replacement item. In rare cases where a return is specifically requested, we will provide you with the return address instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that our team can evaluate the evidence and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be replaced or refunded, such as custom or personalized products, sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
